I've looked everywhere here. Hobby Lobby, michaels, jo-anns, walmart. I've even looked on-line with no luck. Please help.

You can often find it in Hancocks. It is not usually found at the front but in the back. Look in drapery and or upholstery shops also. They always seem to have a stash.
