I know who "sick" is, but what is this game all about? Can someone fill in the details?

Sorry I was so in a hurry ;o)
It is "designsbysick.com" and cutepie is a cutie who had made a post a few weeks ago (I'm not sure how long) that she digitized a game and she is so happy because SICK will publish/ sell it. Today it is the brnadnew design on page 1 :o)
