If you look at the picture you will see the black dots, those are rubber buttons and the fabric has a hole just like a button. You just unbutton them. The end pieces are screwed in with small phillips screws. It was fairly simple.

Thank you very much...It takes a little time to take it apart and then put it back together, but nothing that can't be done easily. Not sure what the problem was with the other lady. Oh Well....

What do they use the baskets for?

It's mostly for football games, where they can carry their blankets, drinks and snacks...etc...
