I just renewed my membership which expired last month and I still cannot download designs. I have signed out and back in several times. Does anyone know how I can start back downloading?

5955Maybe is overloaded, I renewed mine this morning( USA Eastern Time) and was able to DL right away.
26714I renewed this morning ( my membership doesn't run out until next month ) but It only shows pending on my account . I can still DL but I have written, waiting for answer. I beleive there is an overload of renewals due to the sale . I'm sure all will be straightened out soon. Write Cute thru contact us . you will hear soon. Good Luck Nancy

If you didn't pay through paypal you'll have to wait until your credit card is okayed.

No it was paid but Site having problems . I know it will be corrected when they have time to check Emails Overload due to sale Nancy

62461You can also check by clicking on "my account" under your name, then "membership", then 'subscriptions". That will show you all your renewals and you can see if your renewal is properly listed. It may also be that Veronika is having trouble keeping up with the number of renewals that are being made as soon as the sale showed up on the site! She is very good about such things and will surely help you as fast as she can. Hugs, Lois

Thanks, I will be patient. It shows that I have an active 6 mt membership but I still can't download.
6982Not sure what to tell you. If you will go to PM and send it to "test" you can speak with the owner. I read your other post and it could be your machine not recognizing a "script" in the download data. Keep us informed. Terre
