The same thing has happened to me and I think that I might have the answer. Today I went to that site after not being there for a couple of days but I didn't download at that time. When I went back to get what I needed I was told I had reached my daily limit. So I think that you must be ready to get all of the 5 designs at once and not try to go back later. Do other have this same problem?

Ok, I'm getting the feeling no one believes my previous answer! It really will fix your problem. When I had that trouble I contacted the website and they said it looked like I downloaded the same design several times, which I didn't. I believe they even suggested trying another browser (like Firefox, which I already had on my computer) and it worked fine from there. Also, I do tech support for an Internet company so I know Firefox is a good product. Really!

Well this is interesting because I ONLY use firefox (I never, ever use IE), and as I stated, sometimes I have to click twice to get the file to download.. but it still counts as TWO downloads for the day. (perhaps you're running FF in private browsing mode, and I'm not..?) xXx

Hmmmm. I never have had a problem since using Firefox (3.0.1), had trouble all the time with IE. I think to use private browsing you need 3.5?? I don't know then, other than I would think you need to enable cookies.

I know that I had downloaded from this site one evening and then tried the next day but it wasn't 24hr later.

I had this problem in Internet Explorer. I switched to Firefox (for that site only) and I never have that trouble. The site thinks you have clicked more than once on a design so it counts it as a download. Never had the problem again after using Firefox (a browser) Get it (free) at www.mozilla.com
This is a reputable download, lots of people prefer it over Internet Explorer.

I have problems there all the time. If I get one I consider myself lucky.

I'm not often there, but I've had the same problem. I thought it had something to do for not participating in the forum,they have.I got the same messsage even if I DL only 1 design

I think the limit is 3 designs per day OR 1M (megabyte) per week. I know I have problems sometimes and press the download button twice for the same design, but it counts as TWO downloads whether I get them or not. It can get frustrating, but patience is the key to collecting all the lovely freebies there. :) xXx

If you are not logging out each time you leave the site that may be why.

The last time I was there, I was only allowed 2 and I hadn't been there in awhile- like a month or more. I could never figure out exactly what the limit is since it has been different every time I have gone there.
