I had posted my son and his fiance's wedding date that I embroidered and framed and only yesterday found out they actually had colors for the wedding so I posted the new embroidery that I just did

I think it is such a loving and supportive gift that the colors will not matter to them. I hope you keep your first one as a memoir of your own.

Oh - it sure is too bad you had to do it over - but now you have a keepsake, too.

Oh yeah, if I had another vintage hankie I would re-do the Japanese style initial I did for her to carry in their colors too.
