Could it be your browser? I've heard that people have problems with some of the browsers not wanting to download embroidery files, properly. They always suggest to use Internet Explorer and see if that makes a difference. It seems to accept all formats.

18960Hi...I have had art V6 since it came out and that is what I use to upload my design on DBC. I have had no problems downloading any designs from any site ever...freebies or paid ones...so it could very well be your antivirus or firewall. I always save my downloads instead of opening them, that also may be a difference. Sometimes when I digitize a design I can't upload it to DBC in .art form because it won't convert to .art 4 which is what DBC is set up for. DBC won't let me upload a V6 design. Have any of you digitized in the V6? I find it to be a tad more unstable than the previous formats. There is a V6 upgrade or patch that I found on the Bernina website last month and I installed that and it sure helped.....Vicki

I got a question for you - sometimes when a design I download opens in V6, I get a popup message saying that the design is not a Grade A or B and cannot be saved. Do you have that problem?
261163Twee - This morning, I played around and chose 'Save' instead of 'open' when I did the download, and it worked just fine. I don't like v.6 because it won't let me save designs that are Grade C or D which many freebies tend to be. But that was all I could find to download when I got my new laptop. I had v.4 before.

I have v.5. I always choose "save" not open and does not work for me on the sites listed - see below, although I could DL on another site - see below
314I can DL "ART" packs from Cute site but not single designs from Cute or Cutealphabets(free designs) or Amazing. Not sure what the problem is as this only occurred during the last two weeks. Seeing that these are sister sites, I am not sure about other sites. Did log a bug on Cute, maybe someone will give feedback on Monday?
