hoop stabilizer , place felt over it, sew outline and pumpkin lines and face, stop, place another piece of felt under your hoop, you can slide it under or take out hoop and place it on the bottom(you can use sprayfor it to stick) sew last outline, take out of hoop and trim, cut inbetween the 2 lines in the picture, this is the opening to the bag. Be careful not to cut the back piece of felt. Add your ribbon and your done.
