I went over to the side bench and cooled him off! Then as I was leaving the game (walking to my vehical) I notice a lady's care had been busted into! So I hurried to mine and sure enough my cars backseat window was busted and someone had rummaged around until they found my hidden purse! My vehical was one of the 3 broke into!!! I felt and still feel so violated! I guess the theives were watching as we got out of the cars! Yes, I canceled my cards that were in my purse, and I thank god no one was injured! The things in my purse can be replaced!

What a shame to have your day ruined by thiefs....I'm sure it will take time to not feel so violated....I'm glad your son was alright.....I hope the thieves get caught...blessings Janet
p.s. you might want to consider a cross over purse so you can be hands free.

I am sorry that you had to experience that. It is a shame that we can not go anywhere, or park, and not feel that we may be a victim of a crime. I always worry about my daughter and her girls. She is a single mom, and runs the State of Florida for soccer games, and as she says, nearly live in the Van.

So sorry to hear of your young one getting over heated like that - they need to always cool off before the next play - if they can. That is just awful about your car and the loss of your purse.

Thanks shirlene! My little guys is fine today, just wish our temp would drop during the day! They only play on Saturdays, but by noon it can get up to 99 degrees! On the car!! I still can believe it happened! Especially at a childrens activity! I pray that they catch them!!

There are some odd people about. Sorry to hear about your misfortune and hope you did not have too much money and irreplaceable bits in your purse

Thanks you for the support! I learned a good lesson! I have a SUV so my vehical does not have a trunk, I will just start carrying a much smaller purse, and keep it on me!

Because of not having any where safe at work I keep money and a card on me, then I know it is safe. Causes a few laughs in my daughters when I am checking for the correct pocket in my trousers. Ah have I my card!
