I have joined the amazingembroidery membership club now I can't get any answers to how I download the designs can you help me

You have the answer! Welcome, remember you first click on catalog designs, then click on the numbers and start DL!

If you click on the design you like, it should come up with the design and a red box with download first click the format you want and then the download button. If you just join sometime is does take a little while before you can download.

If you click my account at the top of the screen then click the subscription but it will tell you if it is active.

sign in and go where it says "Catalog of Designs". Once there just click on the design you want to d/l and another page will come up that will have two selections of d/l, the top is for members and under that is for paying customers. Select your format and click on the first d/l button. It will then take you to another page and click d/l again and that's all there is to it. :) Hope this is helpful.
