I downloaded this design & when I opened it up my software said unrecognised format.I use 4DExtra & never had a problem with pes designs.Has anyone else had the same problem?

I make this with embird, il share it many times and this is the first time someone cant open it

Also working with 4D and it did the same thing. Download free "Pulse Ambassador" and it can convert it to HUS which 4D can read. Use PA all the time and it's wonderful. Not too user friendly, so if you need help, send me a note.
