just try again with the link sciencewidow gave. It works fine now

Take the time to retype the link, It's worked for me before...hope this helps.

The only time I have internet problems is when the weather is bad and my satellite doesn't work. If I can get online, I get her site without problems. Could be one of your settings got changed if you updated windows, etc.
