I know this sounds rediculously obvious but quite often we do overlook the obvious, If you have missed threading your take up lever you will get this problem. I know this sounds silly but I had exactly this problem two days ago I keeped checking everything else but that was the problem.
thank you
i will try it tonight and hope that it's the problem and i can solve it
I think you've put your bobbin in up-side-down: this causes the top thread to be pulled down into the bobbin area and makes a huge tangled mess. I hope this is what you did anyway as its an easy fix, good luck :) xXx
thank you
i will try it tonight and hope that it's the problem so i can tell you how stupid i am
Sometimes we have to give up and take it in to a pro. And you will get it back ready to work. Hope it is resolved quickly.
i've bin to the store this afternoon
and i must bring the machien if the tips they gave me doesn'twork
thank you for your'e advice
Sounds like the needle has a burr on it or the bobbin casing does. Try a new needle and take out the bobbin and case and gently feel for snags. Don't know what else to tell you other than that. Good luck!
OH NO had that happen on my Viking. I had a burr. Had to take it to shop(where I bought machine) . Took them 5 mins to fix it.
Hope your repair shop is friendly like mine.
thank you for your'e advice
if i can't find i will go to my dealer thank you
Wish I could help, it sounds like you have tried all of the usual things. Here are a few things I have done that caused me problems. Is your needle correct for your machine and is it inserted in the right direction? Did you accidentally hit your tension adjustment? When you thread your machine is your pressure foot up? Sometimes it is best to just turn off the machine for awhile and try again later. Good luck.
it's so frustration if you don't now what it is
so i stopt tonight
and try again tomorrw
and hope that it's over
thank you for your'e advice
