Thank you, yes, no matter what I was doing it was always there, couldn't plan anything even for Halloween with not knowing if I'd need surgery or chemo again.

Thank you! I will be happy once we get this wedding over with too, we are also very happy with the report for no rain and warm weather, then they honeymoon for 2 weeks in Japan!

Very happy news! Tired of tests and wondering if I will need surgery again and chemo again. I did great with all that but don't really want to do it again!

Thank you, yes, very much relief for everyone! My parents worry so much that I kept the news of test from them till I had the good results!

Congratulations to you also! My problem is that there is a 50% return rate with the type of lung cancer I had so I need a scan every year for the rest of my life.

122864Thank you one and all! I had my last chemo on St. Patrick's Day with the knowledge that I have a 50% chance of getting it again. I had part of one lung removed with the tumor almost a year ago. They had called and said my blood work showed a problem and I had to do the 3 days of testing. I am keeping positive that I have a 50% chance cancer won't come back. I was very relieved to get the news today that the tests were negative. Next test is set for the beginning of Dec.

Thank you, I will be scanned every 6 months for a while then every year for the rest of my life because the type of lung cancer I had has a 50% return rate.

Oh it is wonderful. I have just been telling the family that the tests were good and there is much relief. My son gets married on Sunday so I didn't tell the kids.
