My sister is always doing diets so I found her a magnet that says, "I'm on a sea food diet. Everything I see I eat." It sounded just like her as she will finish the food on others plates if they leave some. I on the other hand think of that almost as double dipping and don't want others germs. Walking 10,000 steps a day will get you back in that garment in no time.
There's that old ice cream coming at you again! Why do they have to make it so good?
It's tough enough fitting into what we do have. Guess you'll have to make up something in a hurry. hehehe
I'm with Shirlene, there are things I could do but I don't. I have a treadmill but it is in the garage and I didn't get on it this Summer, last Summer I would get up in the morning and put on workout shorts and a tee and head down, open the garage door and watch the world go by as I walked for at least 1/2 hour. Now, nothing! Maybe if I had room in the computer/sewing room, yeah right, "fat" chance, lol!
Oh my dear - I do wish you luck - I have been meaning to start up a program myself - I don't really think it is the PC or the embroidery machine - it is just the lack of willingness to do all the other things - that I could do - if I was doing them - I wouldn't be in front of the PC or embroidery machine as much. That's my story and I am sticking to it.
Oh my, inactivity does put the weight on. LOL.. I was a runner before my knee surgeries. Be thankful you can do treadmills. LOL BTW that Ice Cream sounds pretty good now. hehehe...
To quote an old friend, there's only two exercises you need- " PUSH away from the table, and, SHAKE you head" Unfortunately for me it doesn't seem to work too well!! Good luck, you join a long queue of chubby [but happy] embroiderers!
Can you run an extra hour for me while you are at it? Thanks--I'll pay you back later :)
He he he.....I'm guessin' it's too much kuchen!!
Just had to Google search to see what kuchen was. Thanks, now I have several recipes to try out on the family.
I know the feeling. Having diabetes and just going on insulin I have gained 8 kilos (sounds better that pounds). Could someone invent a treadmill with a laptop attached!!!!!! I wonder.
Well thats a great start now the hard part come saying & meaning NO NO
