I use Organ needles for all my sewing.
I get them by the box of 100 for $10.25 at ....

allstitch.com

I don't know the shipping cost direct to Australia because I have two boxes sent to my daughter in Arizona for $6.25 and then on to me for less than $20.

It still makes Organ needles less than 15c each.

I also get a very good run from the Organ needles.

Try Discount Emb Supply. They have some great prices.
And are very nice to work with. Free shipping of $20 or more if shipped in USA. Not sure of charges overseas. Hope this helps. Sara

What does round shank mean?
I use Schmetz 75/11with a flat side on it?
Confused?

Sally, if you use a Schmetz with a flat side, then I wouldn't worry with the round because it won't fit your machine. There are some machines that require the shank of the needle to be completely round and not have any flatness. But since your machine uses the flat then you just need to go with that.
