maybe they're not in business anymore or changed the web-site.

there is no www.phyllistitch.com - it brings you to a "pick a web site" sort of screen...you know, like "you didn't type it right but try one of these because they are close"

I couldn't figure it out either, thanks anyway. Do you have a better link??
