I have a PR600II for sale at this time. I have had it for 3 years, but didn't use it as much as I should have (95 hours on it). I recently purchased a PR1000,so no need for the 600. If you have any questions on using your 600, I would be glad to answer. It is very easy to use, not much to "watch out for"on them. Congrats on your new machine!!
Oh thank you so much for offering your advice and any help...
I am having fun playing with it at the moment :-)

Hi Cuties
proud to say that I have today given a new home to a brother PR600.. now playing with it.. lol..
I was really nervous with this purchase as it was an ebay buy. the seller was about 45 mins from me, but assured me that I could have a play with it before paying a penny for it..
I do feel so excited with this machine but at the same time feel sorry for the seller, whom due to arithtus and surgery on his hand is no longer able to use this machine..
I have promised him that its going to a very good home :-)
I showed him some of my own digitised designs
and saw a little spark in his eyes he must miss this
passion terribly.
so of to play lol
Big hugs from London

Y0u will love it, I have the pr620 it is an awesome machine, I can't think of anything to look out for.
Hi Maria, where are you finding this machine at this price? I have been looking for a second hand Brother PR 600 or 620 from my dealer but as most of them end up on ebay. I prefer to buy a machine via my dealer so there is back up if anything goes wrong. It is a super machine, I am trying to remember what they said about it at the shop but cant think at the moment - sorry. 56 hours is quite something. Keep us informed as to what you do and Good Luck
Hi there
I am in the same boat..
I also had no luck with my dealer..
I thought if I waited long enough, one would come up as the new pr100 is out now
but I finally bid on one on ebay.
spoke with the seller before bidding
sounds extremely geniune .. its about 45 mins away from me.. but the seller is more then happy to allow me to play with the machine before paying for it..
its coming with 7 x hoops + cap frame
ped design 5 (which I dont need as I have embird)seller claims all original bits including receipts coming with machine
I have arranged to to see/collect this sunday I am so excited lol..
funny because I got the guts to bid on another last week but just missed out on that one and now it has been relisted..

Hi Maria-
Congratulations on finding such a wonderful machine at a reasonable price. Here in the U.S., they hold their original value very well.
I have the BabyLock version of this machine-- a BMP8 -- and I LOVE IT!!! I can't say enough good things about it. IMO there are no downsides to this machine!
If you want to learn everything about your new machine from a WONDERFUL group of people, there is a free Yahoo Group for your machine. It's called: PR600-EmbPro_Machines
These folks answered every silly question I had when I first started with my new machine, and I know they will love helping you too if you want to join.
Again, congratulations and happy stitching on your new baby.
