after uve run the program click to open the program go to the yellow folder on top left, then select the destination of the design - in desktop or documents etc . if design is in a full yellow folder do extract here in the folder itself so that the design opens into all formats - it cannot open direct from design folder . then after u select say vip or sew or hus, the design will open , then save as pes or whatever your program for the machine may be. hope i have been able to explain it well enough . if u need further help u can also send me email at merlefernandes@hotmail.com. i recently saved a lot of vip designs but my wilcom cannot read it so i downloaded the pulse ambassador and yup i can now see and save everything. Sorry Stella, I did manage to download it but have no idea what to do with it even though my son showed me yesterday! I am lost, not computer savvy.
