Thank you, philippa. I will check them out. I am grateful that you took the time to let me know.
I wanted to say Buzztools but I see the link is already given. So I just say: how wonderful your daughter and hb adopted this little boy. I'm sure the boys will be loved by your whole family.God bless you all.
Thank-you, gerryvb. It a new treat to have a grandson start in our family at four. I can't wait to know him better.
God Bless your DD andDSIL for the wonderful thing they are doing by adopting their child. They are to be comended for their huge hearts. I wish them love and happiness.
I speak from my own experiance as my 2nd born son who it mentally challenged, is now 30, and I know it has been a special journey for me.He has taught me so much,Patience,tolerance,gratefulness,laughter...etc and mostly that God chose me to be his Mom and the rewards outweigh the difficulties.
Huge Hugs to all.

Thank you, bevgift, for your words of encouragement. My daughter herself developed diabetes at the age of 2. I think this helped to prepare her for their son Shawn. She never gives up but keeps trying to solve any problem thrown at her. I must add, that she's been blessed with an incredible husband, too. It is so true, as you say, that the rewards outweigh the difficulties. God bless you, too.
Dont know where you live but many countries have different sign language. I thought it was universal but not so. USA are one handed and UK and Australia 2 handed. I have just completed a couple aussie ones for the schools my gdaughters go to. this first is an american one from designs by sick, they have the full alphabet for free download. Second is my wallhanging for the aussie schools. I have the aus designs if you need them.
dainty stitches also has a sign sign language set
at $2 so a very good price

Just found the love-sign here in the cuties-designs.
I think it is wonderful that they give a chance to this little boy. Hope for all the children in need for somebody who will love and protect them :o)
Greetings, Bettina
Wow, right here on our cuties site! You're so right about wanting all the needy children to have someone to love them. They are all precious.
Embroidery Library has one for I Love You. Not free. Mary
Hello,
I found one for free at buzztools. It looks nice (especially for kids) and I hope that the signs are correct (I just know a few of them; maybe one of the cuties knows all the signs).
Greetings, Bettina
This is the american sign language alphabet - it is used to spell out words when there is no sign for it.
