You have gotten your answers. I can remember when I asked "what in the world does ITH stand for" so you see , just ask, you'll get your answers.
This is a great site to ask questions and of course no questions is silly.....we never stop learning...any time you have a question please ask....blessings Janet
Deb, I will give you a very good example. Go to Designs by Cuties, and D/L Shirlenes little Christmas Stocking. Put felt in your hoop, embroider. When you get to last color change, slide another pc of felt underneath and sew. Unhoop, complete stocking made. I made several of these stockings for Christmas last 2 years. They are so cute. Add whatever name you chose or leave unnamed. Hugs, Judy
You do not need to apologize. We all were new once. We learned by asking and observing. So you are learning just as we did. Welcome and don't hesitate to ask any question.
Go to emblibrary.com then to projects (left hand side), there are instructions for all methods of embroidery. You can DL instructions or watch a video.
You already got the answer. THere are many site specialize in this king of project, I never done one.but I have bought some designs, I do not know where I am going sto start.
I love in-the-hoop: I'm not a great sewer that's why I collect so many of those designs. Whenever you need a quick gift that is my first choice ;o)
Here is Mops Bear (I found it before the bunny!)
It means that the item is made totally in the embroidery hoop and not stitched up on a sewing machine after the embroidery is finished. Look in DBC for Mops ITH Bunny - it is a really good example.
