Deanna, so nice to see that my bedroom is almost finished. Yea!! H&*
Thanks for posting. Is it going to be big enough to host Cutie sewing holidays?
You are one lucky woman and we all know you are going to enjoy it
WOW Deanna, your DH is making quick progress... It looks like it will be finished before winter sets in. That will be lovely... Keep us posted. :) Hugs, Terre
Deanna, this will be so wonderful for you when finished. It is coming along nicely. thanks for the progress photos. Sally
Wow!....this project is coming along so nice.....I love that you will have nice size windows.....looking forward to seeing the finished projected.....thanks for sharing the pics.....blessings Janet
Deanna thanks for sharing. Can't wait to see it completed.
You are a lucky lady. Hugs Yvonne
When I see this I'm getting even more jealous ;o)
I have a question: Do you need a permission for building such an addition? Here in Germany you cannot change the size of the windows if your neighbour is near and didn't agree. Our neighbour forced us to cut our tree; I loved it to look in the green when I wake up. Now I only see on a wall :o(
Enjoy all the green around your house! It looks wonderful on your pictures :o)
Greetings, Bettina
Paint Trees, shrubs & flowers on your wall so you can enjoy them & plant some flowers in pots along your fence infront of your painting.
It is a dream come true I am sure, I know I would love to have my own private suite for crafting. But I will settle for the spare bedroom and be blessed that I have it. It is better than before we moved I had to sew in the dining room. Your one lucky lady. Enjoy and lock it up and hide the key from the children and grands.
Deanna, that is going to be a great sewing room for you.Bright and cheerie. You deserve ever inch of that. You do many, many things for others. Your husband is a wonderful talented person to build that.God bless you both for all you do.
Oh Deanna I know of no one anymore deseving than you are. This is wonderful." All good things come to him who waits" is what my grandmother used to say to me. It is going to be so spacious & open with wonderful light. congratulations on it all.
It's coming along so nicely. I bet you can't wait. Just don't let another person push you out of this one once it is finished. Ha, ha
Oh Deanna, I can see why you are excited - this is great - you will be in heaven. Yippie!
Congratulations Deanna! His atelier, it'll be great! Nice design
What a great hubby you have to build this beautiful addition for you. Keep us informed. Can't wait to see it finished and you in and happily sewing.
Oh! Deanna I love the French doors and the roof tiles (not sure if they are but they look like tiles). It's going to be just the most beautiful room and the outlook is spectacular too.
Your husband is a fantastic carpenter and tradesman all round.
I'd love something like this - just have a bedroom now and not my lovely great big back room - never mind everything is in reach.
Love Chris
P.S. Please, Please, Please put up a picture of yourself - I want to see what you look like and I know you said you don't like pictures - but what about one from a distance if you don't like closeups! Ha ha he he!!!
My DH is cruisin.....
1&2. walls framed in for doors and windows
3. roof is done being plywooded
4. tar paper going down.
5. whoo hoo 1/2 done with the roofing...
CAN'T YOU TELL I AM EXCITED
All of the pictures haven't loaded yet. But are you sure this is a sewing room and not an extra house? You are going to have so much space!
OK, now I see the last picture. It's an addition. Can you get to it through the main house?
