can anyone tell me why?, when i download a design to the machine which is a brother innovis 1200 it takes the bite out but there is no picture so i cannot sew it out

I have had that happen, if the pattern is to large for your hoop size

I am not sure but I would check my instruction manual first to check on troubleshooting problems. If that doesn't help ring your dealer and check with him/her. I had some problems with my Husqvarna and rang the head office here on the central coast of New South Wales and they worked it all out for me.

There should be someone on here who has the same machine and I am sure they will be able to help you out.
