the skipper didn't survive,he was the only victime.so prayers for him and family.

It's a small ferry that only carries pedestrians and cyclists. Usually there are lots of schoolchildren that use it around the time of the accident, but fortunately it's autumn break this week. The skipper is missing and it's unknown how many passengers were on board.
