doing well. Only 4 weeks before he can throw the sling away. Andd I am determined to finish each and every one of the Christmas ornaments for Cancer Awareness. So things are looking up in spite of the decreasing sunlight and temperature. We are now in freezing temps overnight so snow will come soon. I don't care how dark it gets, how cold it gets I will be warm and happy in my sewing room.

So glad you Rob is doing well.....did you make him a sling, I made my hubby slings out of denim and lined them with flannel since he had to wear one for months, he said they were more comfortable than the one the doctor gave him....I wished I would have had my embroidery machine then....enjoy your sewing, I'm sure you will get all your ornaments done....blessings Janet

Glad to hear Rob is doing better with each day. It is easy to over do it from any surgery, but we always learn the hard way about that. Been there and done that. Hope you get all your projects done in time. I had to rip out what I was sewing on today. YUCK. Hugs, Judy

That's the spirit! You have to keep a positive outlook on this stuff, life gets in the way of too much so you have to decide to be content.

I am glad to hear your husband is improving. Each day is another day closer to recovery. I know you will finish your ornaments in time. I know the snow is coming soon for you. I talked to my daughter today. (She lives across the river in Fisher, MN) and works at GF at Altru. She said it was getting colder. Keep sewing and stay warm. Hugs, Mary

That's the attitude Karen, you go girl. LOL... Glad Rob is doing better with his shoulder. I know that isn't the easiest surgery to overcome. I KNOW you can finish your CA ornaments... BTW do you use a heating pad on your neck to help keep the pain down some. Hugs, Terre
