yds of stabilizer i could'nt use. Sent them an email and they say as soon as they get it back they will send me a roll of vilene which is what I needed in the first place. I was charged no extra fees even though it was my goof up. I like to do business with a company like this who will stand behind their customers. They made my day.

Glad to hear of your experience. I ordered from them after your first post with the link. Mine should arrive on Tuesday. I am trying their sticky vilene - much less expensive than the Floriani I have been buying. If it is nice I will get the bigger roll the next time.

Word of mouth can make or break a business. They were great to deal with, even emailed me on a Sunday.

it was nice, they say they charge a restocking fee but I was'nt charged anything. I will reorder from them just because of the customer service and the prices are fair.
