If you download the free program wilcom from this website, you will be able to resize the designs for yourself. there are 2 free programs, I used to use both, try them and see how easy it is to resize and change formats.

Thanks, I have used the cindysembroiderydesigns to change formats. I have PE design so can alter sizes myself
