Do you know someone with the same machine to try their cord before buying new one
I could try a new cable and it didn't work. Everything worked fine until a few month ago, it's just a mistery. I live in Greece and here I can't get help at all. I hope it's not something with the electronic.
It may be that the link or drivers in your software have failed. Reinstalling the software on your computer maybe required.
Have you tried to get help from your dealer? Maybe he could check if your cable really is OK. Bit premature to buy a new one if you are not sure that is the problem.
I could try annotehr cable and another PC which is pretty old, so is my machine and the embroidery software. The problem remains. Everything worked fine until a few months ago. Here in Greece nobody can help me anyway, the don't even sell such machines. I guess I have to take it back to my dealer in Switzerland one day.
