I saw bubbles for free on Sewforum. They were somewhere in the pages 76-83 ish. Sign in and scroll down to free embroidery designs. Have fun.

A Heart designs with bubbles inside would make a wonderful pillow for your GD. Design is second from the bottom.

Here is a free bubble alpha which looks really nice on the stitchout-pictures. Some more underwater-stuff?
