I picked up several of the small embroidery scissors some time ago at JoAnn's. They are just the right size for them. I know that I picked them up when there were having one of the maddness sales for some holiday or other. I need to go look at the site Shirlene posted - maybe I shouldn't. LOL

This site was just shared on CUTE a few days ago - it has a wide variety of prices and scissors for all. Enjoy shopping.

I just finished up a couple of the smaller size snowman and they are perfect for your 3 1/2 inch embrodiery scissors. I am actually using them as money holders for Christmas gifts-added a loop of ribbon on the top to hang from the tree and put some cash in where you slit it open for the scissors. Tied matching ribbon around the neck for a scarf-not to be untied before Christmas!

My tiny ones have a curved tip and I fear it will poke through at some point, then again, the holders are so easy and cheap to make I guess it doesn't matter! Wish a larger one would fit my little 4x4 hoop.

Look in fabric stores or stores that carry embroidery supplies. If not available, do an internet search. These are for the tiny scissors.
