Softdrink has a set of many sizes. It includes a 1 inch (it's in milimeters). Scroll down to the bottom just above the fonts.

go to your search and type in mini 1" star machine embroidery and see if you can find one that way. I know emblibary has them like sewlikedawn says, But you might have to call it up as a mini.
