How does the shipping work on Etsy. Do you charge them your shipping cost exactly or estimate?

right now I have a penny shipping, but you can charge an estimate or exact, which ever you prefer. Most the time I add 1 dollar for handling when I use the exact shipping.

I'll have to sign up tomorrow and see what I can find of yours, I have only been on ebay!
