Thanks to everyone for posting and commenting - we are truly blessed - I shared this in another posting - I received it from a dear CUTE family member and wanted to share it with you, here:
Recorded in Your book
A book is made up of many pages, paragraphs and chapters. A biography or story usually has a beginning, middle and end. God knows the end from the beginning of our story. He has written the last chapter in our lives already, according to Psalm 139.
He knows the hard chapters, the joyful ones and the really painful chapters. If we really trust Him in these times, He has made provision for us. He works all things together for good, when we love Him. I have often found a good chapter following a bad one.
Sometimes we make mistakes in our lives, which may carry consequences. We may have repented and been forgiven, but sometimes, not always, the consequences may still occur. We may still have to reap what we have sown and sometimes what others have sown in our lives. What are we to do about it? The one thing we can be sure of is that we are not alone. Jesus is with us and has given us the Comforter, the Holy Spirit, and we can work through all these consequences with Him, The same mercy, love and compassion that brought us forgiveness will hold us as we face what He permits in our lives.
We know that His cleansing is complete and when the last page of our lives is written, the book and our salvation are complete. Jesus pronounced at the cross, “It is finished”. The price had been paid. The book won’t be closed until the last page God has written has been fulfilled in His perfect time. There will be no end, because this will be the beginning of eternity with Him.
‘My sin, Oh the bliss of this glorious thought,
My sin, not the part, but the whole –
Is nailed to His cross and I bear it no more.
Praise the Lord, praise the Lord, Oh my soul’. H.G. Spafford.
Prayer: Lord, help me to live this day according to Your will. I pray that You would be pleased with today’s page of my life, in Jesus’ Name, Amen.

Happy Thanksgiving sweetie. I hope that you and Rick can enjoy this wonderful day with your family. We are having a big family get together at the church social hall down by my farm in southern Minnesota about a 2 and a half hours from where we live. A large group is to much for one family to have at their house plus it is all on one floor for the three elders in our family in Wheel chairs. That is all that we have left on my mothers side of the family. Blessings to you and Rick and your whole family.
Cindy B.
Cindy, thank you dear - you enjoy the trip and all the family - I only have two elders on my Daddy's side and one on my Mothers - I don't see them often enough either. Two live out of state. Have a lovely Thanksgiving. *4U

My dear friend, I want to take this opportunity to thank you for all your untiring efforts too on this site.
Without your help and assistance I don't think we would all have had a go at some of the beautiful FSL or any other "hard" embroideries. You are always so positive and encouraging in your comments and I for one appreciate it.
I hope you and your family have a wonderful time together - after all it's what life is all about.
Love and blessings to you all - Chris
Oh Chris, thank you - I just give what I have been given - love and support - thanks for all your creativeness and sharing your loving family with us. Have a great weekend. How was your day with Cooper? *4u
He was fantastic. We had a cuddle about 8.30am and he put his head in my neck and rubbed his eyes. I asked him if he was tired? Of course he couldn't tell me, anyway I put him in his portable cot and he went off to sleep, snuggled up in the sheets with his dummy (pacifier to you). He woke about 10.00 and I took him to Mum's and drove her to the concert she goes to every Wednesday. I then visited Dana and the 3 children, then came home and we played and had lunch and then went back to get Mum. We stayed at the club and he finished off his homemade apples (Naomi cooks all his food) and then I took Mum home and him back to my place and he went back to sleep. He is such a good little boy. Love having here - he reminds me so much of Ben as a baby.
I hope you are having a wonderful time with all your family. Love and blessings Chris
Chris, Cooper sounds like the perfect boy - hope he doesn't grow out of that sweetness. I am sure he is just like his daddy and will be somewhat the same in charactor. Glad you had a great day - we will be heading out shortly and enjoy the day with Sheila, Scott with Rikki & Katie.
