:} Hi Alice - I've just seen your video and if you only hope it helped me ..... it has helped me tremendously. Thank you more than I can say!!! I'm going to try it out next February. Did you know that I've relocated to Arizona for three months????.....:}
Where did you learn to digitise?? From an instruction manual, an online course, a friend, a program, a course at TAFE???
My Big Love is FSL and I have a secret wish to learn how to digitise next year. Well, I guess it's not a secret any more..... :}

Hi Alice :) Thx for the video. And yes, I understood you fine - being a fellow Aussie lol. Its always interesting seeing how other software works.

I hope you dont mind me asking a few questions. I've been wanting to have a go at digi'g FSL. I use PE Design myself and while I can follow the gist of things I had to rewind the video quite a few times because I'm sure I'm missing something between resizing the artwork to fit the hoop and where your outlines are selected (before you remove the outer outline/border and the Texas text). How did you get there? lol I'm sure I missed something.

Are you using auto punch to create those outlines for you, or did you not show us where you were manually adding the stitches to create the outline? (Which I understand would be to save time in the video.) I manually punch in PE Design so creating the outline (close path in PED) is pretty slow going. My other option would be to use the auto digitising part of the software (Design Centre) but I've found that you need really clean/clear images for the program to create a decent design. I hope my confusion doesnt offend you .. its not my intent :)

All told tho, wow.. generations looks so easy to use...once you know where all your tools are I guess (as with any digi software) but you sure do make it look easy lol. Thx again for the video. :) xXx

I am bumping this to the top because, A. I want everyone to see it cause I want to be famous.lol. B. I want everyone to hear my Scottish born Ausie accent because when I listen to it I thing it is funny. and C. I don't want any cutes who could use this video to miss out on it. Now in theory I am off to do some serious work regarding my website and that sort of boring stuff, and I should not be back on cute tonight. In reality this plan will not work. We will see how we go.

This is a terrific video...just remember the numbers are in mm not inches when you go to apply them to your machine.......thanks again, Alice

Many thanks to both of you, for opting to share with all of us. I, for one, will take great interest in how that's done :)
