Well, Mops, you type faster than I do, lol. That's just what I was going to say. I often use my software to delete the 'lace' parts of designs, especially like on FSL coasters, where I really like the design on the coaster, but want to put it on something else. I do it in the software, but it would be just as easy to skip colors, I suppose. Maybe I think 'I paid for this software, I'm gonna use it!' If you embroider on a thin material you can stitch out the whole thing. If the material is firm, you'd better leave out the lace background. as the stitching is fairly heavy. Just skip that colour. Or you can just stitch out the letter and skip the background and the border. If you have embroidery software, you can cut out the unwanted colours, but skipping a colour when stitching out is easy enough. Good luck.
