I put on something for myself, a hat I made. Millinery is another hobby of mine. Hope you like it, Marji.
Love it, Mops! I didn't think milliners existed any more! That must be a gratifying hobby, and I love hats, used to wear them all the time.
Hi, shirl, and make sure you follow the instructions about how large your picture can be, lol. I think the first few times I tried it I was trying to upload 8 x 10's, needless to say it didn't work well, giggle. Here's another flower for you! Hope to 'see' you soon!
Ruthie, I really am laughing out loud! I even got the dogs started barking!
How do you put your picture by your name?
In the top left hand corner of the page you can see your name and underneath 'my account'. You click there and follow the instructions. Looking forward to your picture.
Forgot to mention you have to click 'my profile' then select 'personal info' and then you can upload your picture.
I agree with you Marji, I feel more like I'm 'looking' at a friend when there's a pic. It also gives us a 'personality' rather than all looking the same. We're really personalising this site, it feels like home - and I love it! Of course the flowers help, so here's one for you.
A flower for you, too, Ruthie. Oh, by the way, even though I do have a rather big nose, that's actually the Sheltie, Jamie, with his little kitty friend Lucy in my pic, not me, lol.
You're silly, Marji. I hope nobody thinks that my avatar is what I actually look like! I just like Chester (the name of the puppet).
Whew, cutiepie, I was hoping the twins wouldn't be resembling 'Chester'. Thanks for clearing that up, LOL LOL LOL. Sometimes I just have to be silly, the privilege of "senior citizens"--my dad taught me that.
And here was me thinking it was you Marji. HaHaHaHa!!! And Cutiepie I'm so disappointed that pic isn't you, he looks so happy. Incase you're wondering about my avatar - I'm made of the usual human stuff, but my lady is calico and stuffed with fibrefill and catlitter to weight her! What's wrong with being silly. I think it's terrific being of a 'certain age', we can get away with being as silly as we like - and I intend to take it to the extreme! It's what keeps the world going around my friends.
