hoop tear away stabilizer, place a piece of felt inside your hoop,sew all of the design but last outline, stop, place another piece of felt under your hoop, sew last outline, tear away the stibilizer, trim around bear, cut slit for candy cane and sew on a ribbon. Thank you sewmom for converting this design for us and the great idea for the bear :)
