Now that you know you have the files, why not just convert them to pes?

good luck. i buy a lot from that site. please post what happens with your problem. i like to buy from people that respect their customers & provide some kind of support. if it happens to you, it can happen to me! you've had enough problems this month already!

Found it !! Was from Stitch Delight but when I download the PES file it's stating HUS??? Have written to webmaster there so maybe they'll help.

I believe their poilicy is that you get the right format - they don't resend it - but if you can bring it up on their site - and if it is in your history - you can download it agian in the PES format.
