I can't download the letter S today.I have gotten off site and tried again,still no

I downloaded mine just fine a few minutes ago around 9 in Maine in USA. do hope you keep trying as it would be a shame if you don't get it sinces you are trying so hard. Keep your chin up and keep smiling ,a flower is coming your way.
