No, they are not all in the hoop, I just embroidered the face on a piece of polar fleece then cut the puppet shape and sewed around... BUT they do have some really cute in the hoop puppets at a sight called http://www.sewingforsarahembroide... and she is having a one day only sale ending tonight for any set $5..
