I bought my candy canes in Tesco and Sainsbury's and I am sure I saw them in Aldi
I live on the border of Notts and Lincs and I got mine from the sweet shop in the arcade Newark £1 then spotted them in Home Bargains only 89p for the same box of 12 long ones.
Just found better value in Poundland. 12 for £1 or 36 mini ones for £1. I keep seeing candy canes where ever I go
I've found some this morning in Thorntons (99p or 3 for 2) and also Julian Graves (69p) They are rather large! Asterix tells mere there are some in the Works so I will look there next time I venture into town. At least most of the snow has gone now so I can get out.
pound shop?
Haven't looked there yet - will need to trek to big city when some of the snow has gone!
When my sons were small I got them from Woolworths - no Woolies now. Try this shop £2.99 for 12
Woolies all closed down a couple of years ago - I think I would have looked there.
I live in the UK and also love the candy cane holders. I have seen candy canes here, I think it was in a shop that just specialized in sweets so they had everything you could think of. Haven't seen any in the major retail stores. I will keep looking for you and let you know if I see any. Jo
Thanks - there is one of those shops about 20 miles away from us but it might as well be 2000 until the weather i mproves!
On line?
