Can someone tell me how I can check everyday three and threefour times a day and still miss the alphabet? What happened to the craft alphabet?

The time of day the designs change depends on where you live & daylight saving if you have it. We don't in Western Australia. the change time are usually over night although 2 sites I goto are in the middle afternoon. so I would say that if you miss in the morning it would have changed by afternoon
