It has been five days since i ordered and paid by paypal for embroidery designs from OPW hopefully they come soon,or santa will be late this year.

OPW has sent the designs,and it was my problem,it takes 3 to 5 days. I would like to say sorry to OPW. Heather
11814Heather did you order a CD to be mailed to you - if not - you usually can download immediately from that site - see if you received an email or a confirmation - go back to the site - look through HISTORY - you should still be able to download - if not contact them directly, right away.

It was to be immediate download,i have tried to contact them on their site with order no.and details will go back now and have a look through history. Thankyou for your help,will get back to you soon.

.When i filled out the support file i could not find [send] on the support form nor could my DH and now i cannot find my history. I have not had this with any other site that i have bought designs from,i do not know what i am doing wrong?
