off. Hooray, as usual, they came through. The owner will be there, and I know he'll fix her right up. I am about 1 1/2 hours away from them in another state, so I usually make an appt, drop her off, and shop til they call me. Can't ask for more than that, can you. So she will get a cleaning at the same time, and I can really get busy on my Christmas things. Seems to be happening to a lot of us!

thank goodness now you can keep sewing. Something like that happened to me just before THanksgiving. I was sewing along and heard a ""pop,clink" and tried to see what happened and on my PFaff Creative 2.o it is all enclosed, and of course only the repair person had the tool to open it up. Took it into my dealer and the uptake arm had actually broken. He fixed it while I waited. Thank goodness . Have happy holidays
