Just got the W. It shows up fine in Designer's Gallery software. Perhaps they found their booboo.

Has anyone been successful at opening up the "W" file today? I have emailed the site and they sent me a separate file, but it is the same file as on the website. I still cannot open it. Seems strange because I have not had any problems with any of their other letters - just this one.

Once I bought there alphas and there was a emailadress in my bill for getting in contact: sales@8clawsandapaw.com
Hope this still works (was a year ago); just watch in your bills if there is another :o)
