Since you already have good advice from lr2007 and ruthie, on downloading, I'll just add: Judy, after you finish downloading all that you want to, be sure to make a backup so all that hard work wasn't for naught! We here have experienced the horror of computer crash. (let's face it, it will eventually crash) So be prepaired! Until, then have fun! raels stayed up all night her first night, but that's up to you! ;)
you have to download each file seperately..I think it keeps you from going crazy and just downloading everything..you can if you wish but it will take you some time..dont forget your color files..I cut and paste them into a word document and save them with the emb. files..you can print them out later when you use the design. but they are not in the zip file only the emb. file is in the download.
Judy, once you've bought your membership you just go to each page of designs, click on the picture for a design, you'll be taken to another page, leave a comment if you want, choose your format then click *download*, this takes you to yet another page, just click *download* and save to your hard-drive. Do that for all the designs. Try and work in a systematic order otherwise, if you're easily confused like me, you'll end up missing some. Unfortunately, there's no shortcut to downloading and all designs have to be done individually - soooo, make yourself a cuppa, grab a biscuit or two, put on some good music, and start planning all those projects while you download. Have fun, and a flower too.
Ruthie, just to reassure myself, as I a want to join while I am in AZ and have a faster internet than home. I should start on page one? or go by title: eg..animal? then go one by one? I am pretty organized, and will keep 'paper'track. And thanks for tip on color charts, & I have also learned the 'puter crash' so carry an ext hard drive for back ups, plus CDs..Bye and flowers for all the nice replies
