Can anyone tell me why the white cotton comes through from underneath when I am embroidering

Merry Christmas to you too! Your upper tension is probably a bit too tight - problem easily solved. I have to be constantly vigilant on that one with my machine.

Thankyou, I have never touched the tension and it only does it sometimes which is very annoying
