The chapel was nicely decorated. During the Portuguese rule in Goa, India. There was a chapel in the Governor's Palace. There is a Sunday service . And the residence is still used as the governor's palace. Our Governor for Goa, is His Excellency Mr. S.S. Sidhu (he is a Sikh) He attended the carol singing service. We had a good choir and good service, where all people of different religion attended. We had all a lot security and we are a state where people of different religious come to help and keep the festival mood alive. We had coffee and a slice of plum cake.

MERRY CHRISTMAS. MAY THERE BE PEACE AND LOVE OF JESUS TO ALL MANKIND.
God bless.
Bernadette de Souza.

Sounds lovely. I live in PA in the USA we went to mass with the grandchildren, to the childrens mass at 4PM. It was so nice they had a little play before of the coming of Jesus & then they had the children's choir. Each child was given a little battery powered cnadle to put on there windowsill so they can let Jesus in. I thought it was great. Have a wonderful christmas. Arlene

I'm in UK. I will be attending High Mass at 11.00 on Christmas morning at the RC Church of St Hugh of Lincoln in Letchworth Garden City, Herts, where I sing in the choir and am also a Reader, reading on Sunday, the feast of the Holy Family.

I wish you all a HOLY and JOYFUL CHRISTMAS and a very HAPPY NEW YEAR.

Love to you all.

Bernadette, Merry Christmas - it sure sounds like a lovely service - we plan on a very small Midnight Mass at the Monestry with the Bendicitine Monks in a small community on the other side of the mountians that will be the first time I have attended in 10 years and will be Rick's 1st attendance - when I moved away from here 10 years ago and back several years - we were always busy and couldn't attend - but I want to make this a special year for him and we will drive through the canyon and up to the small monestary and enjoy the service that very few people attend. *4U
