Congratulations on your 44th. So 1964 has the same memories for both of us. Enjoy downloading all those lovely designs, it will take you a while! And the stitching out of all those designs will keep you off the streets for years to come. Don't forget to make a meal now and again!! One single flower (alas, no more) for you.

Happy 44th, dear lady!! And what a great present you got him! You're probably a better cook than any restaurant, anyway. I wish many many more anniversaries for you and your DH. Welcome to the wonderful world of membership, hope he realizes he won't see you for a few days while you're downloading all the designs, lol. Marji

If we have the luck to make it as my parents did - 76 years before my daddy died. How special would that be?

Your parents were married for 76 years? - WOW, I would say that was very special!!! Only 32 more to go.

Oh, my, that would be very special! Congratulations to your parents, too, for loving one another enough to make a vow & keep it, and passing on that trait to you, Dlonna. Love grows, if we tend it well, like a beautiful garden. My parents made it 47 years before Mom passed on too young at 67. My best, Marji

Yes 67 is too young. I lost both of my parents within 9 months of each other, but Daddy ws 96, and Mother died 12 days before her 97th birthday. The taught us to love, and to be responsible with your life. The reared 6 children, and had 127 foster children before they had to quite taking them under their wing. Great parents.
