I found a PM today that had been hiding for a week because the sender had clicked "add comment" rather than "reply". I think we all often forget that this doesn't bring the message to the top of our list or add a +1 on the tab. I only found this one by accident when I was going back through pages of secret santa messages and now I feel rude for not replying straight away. We must be more careful!

Sorry for your frustrations, I for one never seem to know which one to use. I will try to remember which one to use also. I didn't know replying wouldn't bring it back to the top myself.

don't think you are rude. My first PM's are hiding about 10month because I did not know that something like this exists ;o)
Last week we had anpost about that issue so hopefully we all learn to take "reply" and not "comment".
I think you have a mass of PM's cause of the secret santa and I have to say another big THANK YOU for organizing this!

I didn't know about PM's either and I'm still trying to figure them out. Seems there could be an easier way to do this. But like all programs bugs need to be worked out and the gals putting this site together are probally just as frustrated too!
